OLYMPICS FOR ALL in NOVA GORICA - OCTOBER 19st of 2022

After the Covid pandemic period, the first edition of Nova Gorica “Olympics4all” took place on Wednesday, 19th of October at sports hall "Balon" inside of the local sportpark. More than 140 people took part in the competition. The participants were divided into 4 teams and competed in 6 different sports: basketball, volleyball, futsal, traditional sports "škuljce", 3x3 and individual swimming. The competitions ended with the awarding of all the athletes, who received diplomas for participation from Aleksandra Fortin, the director of Public Institute for Sports Nova Gorica. All the competitors put a lot of work into the implementation of the Olympics4All, they showed fighting spirit and referred to themselves the best of their ability. The event was remembered by everyone as a pleasant day with lots of socializing and fun.
